Eric Sargeant was born in Orange County, CA and received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in landscape architecture at California State Polytechnic University Pomona. Studying abroad in the small Italian town of Castiglion Fiorentino inspired Eric to put his environmental ethics and European-inspired way of life into practice. An experience which, after graduating, motivated him to leave his car and the sunshine behind for Portland, OR. After arriving in the Pacific Northwest, Eric spent the last 2.5 years practicing landscape architecture and urban planning at Walker Macy in downtown Portland.
Always one to experiment with new programs, methods and technologies, Eric has found a calling in perfecting the art of visual communication by way of architectural graphics, conceptual rendering, systems diagramming and 3D modeling.
His fascination with the City Beautiful and Arts and Crafts movements of the early 20th century have inspired a new way of problem solving by combining the best design and graphic elements of traditional designers with today's digital technology.
When Eric is not busy breathing life into architectural plans, he can be found running in Forest Park, people watching from numerous coffee shops or sketching streets scenes and buildings around downtown.
