Eric Sargeant, a LEED Accredited environmental designer, provides concept design, digital visualization, graphic design, and training services for multi-disciplinary firms, individual clients, and educational institutions within the AEC industry. His primary project experience includes hospitality, transit-oriented development, urban infill, and urban mixed use design. Eric combines his visual and technical abilities to turn conceptual ideas into tangible realities centered around open space and placemaking within the public realm.
A Cal Poly Pomona alumni (BSLA), with 20 years professional experience, Eric has taught 3D modeling and design workshops and classes at The Art Institute of Portland, Portland State University, Marylhurst University, University of Southern CA (USC), Cal Poly Pomona and San Luis Obispo, and Chapman University.
His work can be seen published in print in Landscape World Magazine, Landscape Architecture Magazine, 1000X Landscape Architecture by Verlagshaus Braun and in SketchUp’s 2020, 2024, and 2025 in product and marketing graphics.
When not modeling or rendering landscapes, Eric can be found riding his bike and people watching at various coffee shops and pubs around town.
